Today, I slid into my jeans like butter. Wonderful feeling. I have a problem committing to a healthy lifestyle but I’m just gonna keep on trying.
I feel happy, free, revived. I finally reached that state of peace I’ve been looking forward to.
Now it’s time to focus on improving myself.
